1. How is your planning process different from other wedding planners?

Our process is intentionally structured yet feels effortless. Each couple receives a fully customized client portal where every detail, from timelines to design boards, is organized in one place.
It keeps everyone aligned and allows the entire experience to flow with calm, clarity, and confidence.

2. What is included in the client portal?

Your portal is your private planning hub. It includes your budget tracker, design direction, vendor communication, timelines, checklists, and all event details.
You can access it anytime, from anywhere, so you always know exactly what’s next.

3. How often will we meet or communicate?

We believe in clear, consistent communication. You’ll receive regular check-ins, milestone updates, and full visibility through your portal.
Depending on the scale of your event, we’ll meet virtually or in person as we progress through each phase, from concept to final logistics.

We plan and design luxury weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest, across the U.S., and internationally,  from Lake Como to Paris.
Our systems are built to manage destination events seamlessly, so every detail stays on track no matter the location.

We work with the best of the best! Every vendor receives the same detailed information through our organized communication system.
From timelines to setup notes, a month before the wedding, we get together on weekly Zoom calls so everyone knows their role, which is why our events always run smoothly and on time.

We take on only a select number of weddings each season to ensure every couple receives our full attention.
